How to Make a Reservation Our standard reservation process is as follows: 1. Select a hospital item on the Medibook platform 2. Submit your reservation request 3. Coordinator consultation & hospital confirmation 4. Invoice issuance & payment 💡 Based on your reservation, we will confirm whether a medical visa is required for your country. We also offer additional support services: • Assistance with flight booking, ground transportation, and hotel arrangements • Optional tour services and guided sightseeing (→ View Tour Packages) • Deposit amounts vary by hospital and will be shared during the consultation ⏳ 2. Time Required for Confirmation • Hospital Reservation: Typically takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) • Tour Reservation: Confirmation depends on the number of participants. Once the deposit is paid, the remaining balance will be requested separately. 📅 Please note: Tour prices vary by date depending on airfare and hotel pricing fluctuations. 📦 3. After Reservation & Payment • Once the deposit is paid, we will guide you on final payment and ask for traveler information. • About two weeks before your departure, we will open a group page and chat room on Medibook for communication with your coordinator and fellow travelers. 💳 4.
